Terms and Conditions
 
  • weekly rate $1600. (effective May 1, 2004)
  • Monthly rates available. Please inquire.
  • 50% deposit required to reserve with 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival
  • Refundable security deposit $500.
  • Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to rental date for full refund.
  • Security deposit is required to be paid with the final payment. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure providing there is no breakage, damage, or missing items.
  • Housekeeper will clean and do linen laundry
  • As soon as you can, let us know your airline, the airport you are arriving at, and the arrival times. This helps us to have everything ready for your arrival.
