50% deposit required to reserve with 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival
Refundable security deposit $500.
Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to rental date for full refund.
Security deposit is required to be paid with the final payment. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure providing there is no breakage, damage, or missing items.
Housekeeper will clean and do linen laundry
As soon as you can, let us know your airline, the airport you are arriving at, and the arrival times. This helps us to have everything ready for your arrival.
